Waking up early is not the easiest thing to do, but there are many benefits to it. For instance, there will be more time during the day to accomplish tasks and at night there will be more time to relax. Also, for the school year, waking up early is a way to reduce stress since you are able to use the morning as a way to catch up or finish schoolwork.
According to spirtiualpub.com, waking up early is a way to make your life less hectic. By waking up early, you are less likely to feel rushed since you are able to be out the door before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. If woken up early, there will be more time to eat breakfast before starting the day. Which will result in a higher likelihood of being on time to your morning destination.
According to the Forbes website, students that wake up earlier are more likely to receive better grades. A study done at Texas University in 2008, found that college students who identified themselves as morning people earned higher GPAs than the students who identified themselves as night owls.
There are many health benefits to waking up early. By being a morning person, you are less likely to be stressed about your morning commute and more likely to be able to finish last minute work before breakfast. Morning people are not only less stressed as a whole, but are more likely to have a higher GPA resulting in better job opportunities in the future.
