BenU Police patrolled Ondrak Hall and detected the odder of burning marijuana. Further investigation revealed a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. The student was cited, and the matter was referred to Residential Life on campus.
Jan 24 at 11:40 p.m.
BenU Police responded to an ambulance call at Anderson Hall for a report of an intoxicated female that needed assistants. She was a non-student. The female was possibly suffering from alcohol poisoning and was taken and treated at Edwards hospital. One of the residents of the apartment was arrested for social hosting serving alcohol to minors.
BenU police secured an arrest warrant for former student for violation of an order of protection, which is linked to a december 14th Domestic Battery arrest committed against a female student. Criminal court ordered the former BenU student to not come back to campus or contact the female victim. On December 31st the former student violated the conditions of his bond and came to campus. The warrant was issued on the 26th of January and the former student was arrested that week.

BenU officers discovered a loud party at Kucera Hall. Further investigation led to seven underage students that consumed alcohol. Drug paraphernalia was found. One resident was arrested for allowing minors to consumed alcohol and was also cited for drugs. The other students were cited for consumption of alcohol.
