Growing up 90s vs 2000s

As a 90’s baby I must say we had a great childhood. We played games outside and never wanted to be in the house unless you were girl and were having a tea party. After all proper ladies do not dine in their nice wear outside. Do kids know how the earth smells like? No, they are too busy playing on their Wii. 90s kids had great music and television shows. Kids today have well to put it nicely they have garbage for TV shows. All the Disney shows consist of some unfunny teen trying to be famous. Nothing is original anymore.

Technology 90’s Kids
We had to use these to listen to music. Yes, it was pain because you had only that one cd to listen to but hey it made you appreciate the music more.

Technology 2000’s Kids
I must admit 2000 kids got lucky with the IPod. This was a great device. You could put thousands of your favorite songs into one place.

Movies 90’s Kids
If you grew up in the 90s you remember this little thing. Remember what a pain it was when the tape would come out and your movie was ruined?

Once again, point to the 2000 kids. They get clear, HD and Blu Ray movies.

Cellphones take the fun and thrill out of getting a message to a friend. Plus you cannot bring out a box of your sloppy 8th grade crush notes.

TV Shows 90’s Kids

TV Shows 2000’s Kids
Yea, it’s amazing how networks decided put this on air. What we’re thinking! None of these shows are funny. No wonder kids spend so much time playing video games.

Sleepovers were kids staying up all night talking about crushes, playing board games, and watching scary movies

Do kids today know what life is without their cellphone? They are on them more than they socialize with actually people.

Music 90’s Kids
I miss when music was actually good and you wanted to hear it on repeat. The artists were known for their music and not the crazy antics they got into.

Music 2000’s Kids
I must admit the music in the 2000s is just as good as the 90s. Especially the earlier years when Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake left their group to go solo. I would have a hard time picking which decade is better music wise.
