4. If you are a person who loves to party it up at the clubs, then this is the costume option for you. Different accessories and articles of clothing will let you be able to bring the electrical colors all together to create a bright Halloween costume. Ombre, neon and rainbow colors can become very easy to combine together to create a costume that people will always remember you by. You can let your personality show through tutus, fake eyelashes, wigs, earrings, and many other options. If you step underneath a black light, the costume will shine bright even more—having all eyes on you when you enter the room.

3.This is the year you want to drag your skeletons out of the closets and into the open. The new costume idea that people are going crazy for is all about Black and Bone: skeleton-print on the back with Victorian-style lace and leather on the front. Skeleton shirts along with leggings, gloves, and wings are just the right mix to make this Halloween costume creepy yet cool at the same time. It will be even better when you add in petticoats, corsets, and dashing jackets that set off the gothic feeling that is created. When people see you in this outfit, it will make people scream, especially if you decide to add the skeleton makeup onto your face.
