September Police Reports

Friday, September 26th at 11p.m.

Member of the Ceneca High School football team reported that around $800 was stolen out of their lockers after their game at BenU. The 21 students believe that sometime during the game the money had been taken out of each of their wallets that were located in the lockers. The investigation is ongoing.

Monday, September 29th at 12:30a.m.

BenU police were patrolling the Krasa parking lot and discovered a female student knocking on car windows. When officers asked if she needed help, they found out she was impaired and under age. The student explained her friends would take care of her that were at a near by apartment. When they arrived they detected cannabis that the K9 dog on duty found. An administrative citation was given to the student for alcohol consumption. One resident of the apartment was cited for cannabis, the other resident was cited for not having an alcohol permit, and a third student was cited for consumption and under age.
